We have a dedicated and reliable team of qualified trade professionals. Our team have been with us for many years and have a good understanding of all our properties and the service we like to provide our tennants.
Whilst we try to maintain a high standard within our properties, we are aware sometimes you may need us to fix a problem! As a family run business, it is important for us to give our tennants a first class service. In order to achieve this, we need a team that are on hand when needed.
Our team have access to all of our properties, which helps when all tenants are at University. With your permission they can let themselves in and fix the problem!
We encourage all Tenants to report issue to landlord in first instance. However, if an emergency, please use contact details alongside.

Qualifying as a plumber/gas engineer in 1999, Martyn has worked for the family for 10+ years! During that time Martyn has visited all of our properties, either to fix a problem or keep us on top of our regulatory requirements.
Martyn is professional and extremely proactive should you have an emergency. Martyn has all the required accreditations to carry out all plumbing, gas and boiler maintenance.

Electrician
Based locally in Sketty, Jeff and his son Brad have worked with us for several years. A long established business within Swansea, Jeff and Brad have a sound understanding of all our properties and are never far away to assist should you have an electrical emergency.
